SOL-18 — Transaction logging
Wallet instances shall log all transactions with relying parties and other wallet units, including signing and sealing. Logs shall include time/date, RP name/contact/identifier/Member State, data types requested/presented, and non-completion reasons. Integrity, authenticity and confidentiality of logs ensured.
