WSCA-FCS-01 — FCS_COP.1 — Cryptographic operation (signing)
Signing operations (ECDSA P-256/P-384) performed entirely within the HSM via PKCS#11. The WSCA-BE submits the hash and receives the signature; private keys never leave HSM boundary.
